Have demonstrable experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, customer review and sign off Extensive experience in conducting workshops, interacting with Senior Business users and IT Stakeholders Should have experience working in Agile/iterative methodology Provide support and quality assurance for delivered Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions Work with QA team lead to prepare test scenarios and test cases Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing Enable preparation of training materials and work with customer side champions in conduct of end user training Excellent communication and documentation skills ## Description Resource shall have good hands-on experience on MS Dynamics CRM with below capabilities.
