## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in SharePoint?, Do you have a GCSE?, * Applicants will need to possess a minimum 5 x GCSE (including in both English and Maths) or equivalent qualification

 * Proven experience in a similar administrative role
 * Have excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills, * business support: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

 * full UK driving licence (preferred)
 * NVQ in Business Admin (preferred)

## Description

* Inbox management
 * Supporting with outlook diary appointments, arranging meetings, and organising worker supervisions
 * Uploading work onto social care software
 * Supporting with recording on social care software
 * Provide efficient and effective business process and document production which may include complex minute taking, room bookings, scanning & uploading documents, and customer services support to internal and external customers.
 * Typing case supervisions and personal supervisions.
 * Retrieving and inputting information from case management systems, SharePoint, HR systems and excel spreadsheets.
