CARS employs Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with decades of experience working in the Federal marketplace. The Enterprise Governance Lead oversees governance frameworks, policies, and oversight mechanisms supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives for the DoD Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO). This role ensures alignment between mission objectives, architecture standards, and program execution across complex digital modernization initiatives.
