What You'll Do

 * Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions, concerns, and solutions
 * Provide accurate information while delivering a friendly, professional experience
 * Resolve issues efficiently using company systems and resources
 * Document customer interactions clearly and thoroughly
 * Meet individual and team service goals while maintaining quality standards, Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
