The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data modeling for complex executive and operational dashboards, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members while driving data strategy and best practices across the organization., * 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or related fields. * Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, and Real-Time Analytics components. * Advanced experience with Power BI, including semantic modeling, DAX, data visualization, and performance tuning. * Strong experience designing complex dimensional models (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Data Vault, Kimball methodologies). * Expertise in SQL, data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and enterprise data warehouse design. * Experience working with large-scale datasets and delivering executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members and contribute to team growth. * Local to the Seattle area or willing to work onsite/hybrid as required. * Telecom experience (PreferredDesign and implement enterprise-scale data architecture using Microsoft Fabric and related Azure data services., * Prior experience in the Telecommunications industry (wireless, broadband, network operations, customer analytics, OSS/BSS, etc.). * Experience with Azure Data Services, including Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, and Azure DevOps. * Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks. * Microsoft certifications related to Fabric, Azure Data Engineering, or Power BI are highly desirable.
