## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience with Workday Scheduling.
 * Experience configuring shift patterns, staffing models, and open shifts.
 * Strong knowledge of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management.
 * Experience with shift swaps, worker availability, and qualification-based scheduling.
 * Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
 * Knowledge of Workday security and reporting is a plus.
 * Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

## Description

Seeking a Workday Scheduling Consultant with hands-on experience implementing and supporting Workday Scheduling and Workforce Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in scheduling configuration, shift management, and integration with Time Tracking and Absence modules., * Configure and maintain Workday Scheduling solutions.

 * Design and implement scheduling rules and shift structures.
 * Support Workforce Management initiatives and enhancements.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize scheduling processes.
 * Perform testing, troubleshooting, and post-production support.
 * Assist with Workday releases and impact analysis.
