* Minimum of two years of professional experience working with nonprofit databases, CRM systems, and data entry
 * Experience supporting gift processing, donor services, advancement services, development operations, or fundraising operations
 * Experience processing gifts received through multiple giving vehicles preferred
 * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
 * Salesforce experience preferred
 * Exceptional attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and follow-through
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

## Description

Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Nonprofit Database Coordinator (Gift Processing) on behalf of a respected nonprofit organization. This temporary opportunity is ideal for a highly detail-oriented operations professional with experience supporting fundraising databases, gift processing, donor records management, and philanthropy operations., This is an operations-focused role supporting gift acceptance, gift processing, donor data management, reporting, and fundraising systems. This is not a donor-facing fundraising position. The selected candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of development operations while supporting a high-performing philanthropy team., * Process charitable gifts received through a variety of giving channels, including stock gifts, credit card donations, lockbox contributions, and workplace giving platforms

 * Maintain accurate donor, gift, and constituent records within CRM and fundraising database systems
 * Support gift acceptance and gift processing activities while ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational procedures
 * Generate reports, conduct data audits, and assist with database maintenance and quality assurance initiatives
 * Assist with philanthropy operations projects, administrative support activities, and process documentation
 * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of gifts and donor information
