 * 3+ years of technical project management experience in a cross-functional environment
 * Experience supporting projects in regulated (GxP) environments preferred

## Description

Project Delivery & Execution

 * Lead cross-functional, small-to-medium scale technical projects and/or workstreams within broader programs
 * Develop and manage project plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, and budgets
 * Ensure alignment with quality, compliance, validation, and regulatory requirements
 * Track execution progress and escalate risks/issues appropriately

Stakeholder Management

 * Partner with R&D business and IT stakeholders to ensure clear alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
 * Provide clear and consistent project updates to stakeholders
 * Support decision-making by identifying risks, trade-offs, and mitigation options

Delivery & Methodology

 * Apply PMP-aligned practices across planning, execution, and monitoring
 * Leverage Agile and Waterfall methodologies, tailoring approach based on project needs
 * Contribute to adoption of standard tools, templates, and governance practices

AI-Enabled Delivery

 * Utilize AI tools and automation (where available) to enhance project tracking, reporting, and risk identification
 * Support adoption of data-driven insights to improve delivery predictability

Financial & Vendor Coordination

 * Support management of project budgets and forecasts
 * Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure delivery quality and timelines

Team Contribution

 * Collaborate within the PM and delivery community to share best practices and improve delivery approaches
 * Provide informal guidance to junior team members where needed
