* 5+ years strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 architecture and migration
 * 5+ years proven experience leading enterprise-scale migrations
 * Bachelors degree

Preferences

 * Experience in hybrid environments (on-prem to cloud migrations)
 * Knowledge of Intune, security & compliance tools, and endpoint management
 * Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, or equivalent)

## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled O365 Migration Architect to lead and support enterprise-level Office 365 migration initiatives. This role will partner closely with Enterprise Architecture (EA), internal IT teams, and client stakeholders to design, integrate, and execute seamless migration and cutover strategies., * Lead the end-to-end architecture and execution of O365 migration projects (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams)

 * Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and client IT teams to align migration strategy with overall technology roadmap
 * Design and implement system integration approaches across identity, security, and collaboration platforms
 * Develop and execute migration and cutover plans, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
 * Assess existing environments and define migration strategies, dependencies, and sequencing
 * Troubleshoot complex migration and integration issues, driving resolution in partnership with stakeholders
 * Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards throughout the migration lifecycle
 * Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and client stakeholders
 * Document architecture, configurations, and best practices for ongoing support and optimization
