It would be desirable for you to have: * Experience using JIRA (or similar tool). * Exposure to Aha! * Exposure to Embedded technology software development practices and tools. * Scrum certificate. * SAFe certified. * AgilePM or similar. ## Description Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for guiding high-performing teams? We are looking for a Software Development Manager to lead one or more agile development teams in the design, development, and maintenance of our product portfolio. Working closely with our Software Architect and Product Management, you'll translate diverse requirements into clear, prioritised backlogs and oversee the delivery of high-quality, reliable products. You'll play a key role in planning and reporting against delivery schedules, managing agile ceremonies, and fostering a positive, accountable team culture. With responsibility for team performance, development, and domain knowledge sharing, this is a pivotal role in driving innovation and ensuring successful, on-time delivery across multiple projects. About the role: We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a talented, driven, and engaging individual to play a key role in supporting our continued growth. The Software Development Manager will be a key member of the Software Development team and will be responsible for delivering products on time, ensuring they meet the standards expected by our worldwide customer base. With an ability to continually drive the team forward, this role leads multiple software delivery teams, ensures process is embedded and used optimally to deliver software products against committed delivery dates.
