This hands-on individual contributor role requires a deep understanding of advanced AI concepts and a proven track record of bringing prototype capabilities to scalable, enterprise-level deployment., * Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required. * Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph. * B.S. in a relevant technical field with 12 years of experience, or M.S. in a relevant technical field with 10 years of experience. * Advanced proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, etc). * Knowledge of Generative AI, including Large Language Models and ability to instrument and interpret evaluation of models and applications for effectiveness. * Experience with AI/Machine Learning methodologies and applications. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans. Desired/Preferred Skills: * Experience with AI/Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow). * Experience with model customization, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic orchestration, common agentic paradigms such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-2-Agent (A2A). * Experience with MLOps practices and tools for deploying and managing AI models in production. * Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). * Continuous learning mindset to stay abreast of cutting-edge AI advancements., May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs.
