## About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented GTM Operations & Analytics Analyst to support go-to-market execution, sales alignment, and strategic decision-making. This role will play a key part in driving operational efficiency, improving scalability, and delivering insights that support revenue growth and customer success within a SaaS-based environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with operational expertise and is comfortable translating complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders., * Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field

 * Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) and go-to-market operations
 * Background in SaaS or cloud-based business models preferred
 * Experience in operations, analytics, RevOps, or project-based environments
 * Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and data analysis tools
 * Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or BI Publisher preferred
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Experience with process documentation, operational scaling, and enablement initiatives
 * Exposure to customer success, product analytics, or lifecycle analytics is a plus
 * Familiarity with advanced analytics or AI-driven insights preferred, Marketing

 * Build and maintain scalable resources, documentation, and enablement materials for recurring requests
 * Analyze performance across revenue, attainment, and growth metrics
 * Develop dashboards and perform ad hoc analysis to support business-critical decisions
 * Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences
