Applicant Tracking Systems, This is a temporary 4-6 week contract role available for a skilled recruiter. The position is fully remote, and the work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities

 * Manage a requisition volume of 20-25 openings at any given time.
 * Recruit for various skillsets including machine operators, warehouse associates, forklift operators, shipping personnel, customer service representatives, and scale operators.
 * Conduct requisition intake meetings with hiring managers.
 * Communicate effectively with both leadership and hiring managers.
 * Source candidates using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, and the internal ATS.
 * Screen and schedule candidates for onsite interviews.
