## Description

Primary Responsibilities- senior level PM experience in an Oracle environment where you have ideally run projects that impact the Oracle E-business Suite, such as finance, HR supply chain and more. - Lead the finance modernization and ERP transformation program end-to-end. - Run and oversee the full RFP process for selecting the Systems Integrator (SI). - Provide high-level solution architecture guidance for Oracle. - Drive transformational change across finance, supply chain, and capital processes. - Challenge vendor proposals, cost estimates, technical solutions, and SI approaches. - Establish process consistency and modern ways of working. - Engage senior leadership and influence decision-making. - Collaborate with EY on data strategy and competitive positioning. 3. Scope of Systems & Functions In Scope: - Financial systems - Supply chain - Capital lifecycle management - Field service Required Skills & Experience - Strong ERP transformation leadership (Oracle preferred)., TEP is preparing to modernize/replace its core financial systems (Oracle EBS Oracle Fusion). They require a Program Manager/Solutions Architect with strong ERP finance transformation experience. This role fills a critical skills gap and will lead the financial modernization effort. Bonus Skills: - Utility sector ERP experience. - RFP execution expertise. - Data strategy familiarity (Microsoft/Snowflake/Databricks).
