 * Experience with data migration using TCXML, CSV2TCXML, and ETL development for multi-site environments.
 * Excellent communication skills for architecting scalable PLM solutions and collaborating with business stakeholders.

* Lead the architectural design and deployment of customized Teamcenter business-layer solutions.
 * Develop enterprise-grade PLM applications using C++ and ITK to solve complex operational challenges.
 * Manage global data models and business object configurations utilizing the BMIDE framework.
 * Execute Active Workspace (AWC) enhancements to align user experiences with business requirements.
 * Build automated lifecycle processes and custom workflow handlers to drive enterprise change management.
 * Perform root-cause analysis and performance tuning for server-side and client-side Teamcenter components.
 * Integrate disparate enterprise systems using T4EA and Dispatcher modules to ensure seamless data flow.
