## Description

* Responsible for administering and supporting Apple devices in a cloud-managed enterprise environment using JAMF Pro. Manages the full lifecycle of macOS and iOS devices, including enrollment, configuration, deployment, security, compliance, patch management, and retirement. Integrates JAMF with Apple Business Manager, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and other identity management platforms to enable secure access and automated provisioning. Develops and maintains configuration profiles, policies, applications, and automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
 * Provides advanced troubleshooting and technical support while ensuring device security, compliance, and optimal end-user experience.
