The successful candidate will support enterprise-level digital modeling, mission engineering, systems analysis, and simulation activities to enable data-driven decision making, operational modernization, and future-state capability planning across Coast Guard mission and support functions. This role will work closely with Coast Guard stakeholders, enterprise architects, systems engineers, business process teams, data analysts, and program leadership to develop modeling approaches, evaluate tools and platforms, and support implementation planning for digital engineering capabilities within the CGOne environment. This position requires strong analytical, technical, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate operational requirements into scalable digital models, simulation frameworks, and engineering recommendations supporting enterprise modernization efforts.
