This role blends hands-on design work with thoughtful user research, insights analysis, component library evolution, and continuous experience improvement. The ideal candidate is comfortable working cross-functionally, understanding user problems and desired outcomes, translating business needs into intuitive user flows, and creating polished, high-fidelity experiences., UX & UI Design * Develop user-centered design solutions for ecommerce experiences, including navigation, product discovery, checkout flows, and content layout. * Create wireframes, user flows, process diagrams, and low-fidelity prototypes to support early-stage concepting. * Build high-fidelity UI designs, visual assets, and interactive prototypes using Figma. * Design, maintain, and iterate within a UI component library to increase reusability, visual consistency, and delivery efficiency across teams. * Ensure scalable, component-driven design patterns that support long-term growth of the ecommerce ecosystem. Content Strategy & Experience Architecture * Partner with marketing, product, and development teams to align content strategy with user intent and business objectives. * Define page structures, content placement, and messaging hierarchies that drive engagement and conversion. * Develop and maintain UX documentation, style guides, interaction patterns, and component standards. User Insights & Optimization * Monitor behavior analytics and session insights using Microsoft Clarity and Medallia to identify friction points and improvement opportunities. * Interpret user feedback, heatmaps, scroll paths, and journey insights to inform design iterations. * Support usability testing, A/B testing, and continuous improvement initiatives to guide feature enhancements.
