EPA Universal Certification

## Description

Oversee Service Technicians on HVAC service calls, projects and maintenance
Provide regular jobsite support
Delegate assignments and ensure work is accomplished in a timely manner
Prioritize maintenance schedules and staffing needs
Monitor and enforce safety procedures and guidelines
Monitor and evaluate team performance and personal conduct
Provide coaching, mentorship, training, and hands-on field support for technicians
Provide technical insight on work orders
Review all callbacks and warranty work orders and address with team accordingly
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as industry requirements
Remain current with industry trends
Maintain a close working relationship with department management
Regularly communicate and report progress, needs, concerns etc. to department management
