## Description

Client is seeking an experienced SaaS Platform Administrator to support and administer its Salesforce environment. This individual will be responsible for platform administration, configuration, automation, user support, security, integrations, reporting, and ongoing system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce administration experience and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions., Administer and maintain Salesforce platform operations
Manage users, permissions, security, and access controls
Build and maintain Flows, automations, and configurations
Support system integrations and external data connections
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide end-user support
Collaborate with business and technical teams on enhancements and projects
Create system documentation and conduct user training
