## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation
 * Proven experience defining and operationalizing agentic AI use cases
 * Strong understanding of AI/LLM platforms and ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce/Einstein, OpenAI, AWS, Azure) and their business applications
 * Expertise in translating emerging technology into business value, ROI, and measurable outcomes
 * Deep proficiency in Salesforce platform strategy (Sales, Service, Data Cloud, AI), including ecosystem integration
 * Understanding of contact center technologies, business processes, and metrics a big plus
 * Experience with business architecture and operating model design (capability models, value streams, target state roadmaps)
 * Ability to connect business strategy to execution, partnering closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams
 * Experience leading executive-level conversations, workshops, and strategic decision forums
 * Strong storytelling and communication skills with dynamic and engaging personality, simplifying complex concepts for senior stakeholders
 * Working knowledge of AI governance, risk, ethics, and compliance, particularly in regulated environments
 * Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping problem statements in early-stage strategy engagements
 * Experience contributing to practice development, frameworks, or thought leadership
