UNIX and/or Linux operating systems experience
Professional experience utilizing Java
Advanced proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Human Resources, Payroll, or Advancement data processing experience
Ellucian Banner experience
Oracle Fusion experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

 * Technology Skills: MS Office skills, Word, Excel, Outlook; videoconferencing software; digital records management systems; general operating systems and data information systems
 * Strong communication skills with non-technical faculty, staff, and students.

## Description

Reporting to the Director of Application & Web Services, the Computer Programmer/Analyst is responsible for logical analysis, design, and modification of new and existing programs and applications., * Perform logical analysis, design, and modification of new and existing programs and applications.

 * Develop detailed program specifications and documentation
 * Perform detailed program design, coding, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of batch and interactive systems.
 * Train and assist faculty, staff, and students in the use of computer hardware and internal software.
 * Monitor hardware, software, and database systems, reporting unusual conditions to appropriate staff.
 * Complete other assignments as directed by supervision.
