Alternate hybrid locations may be considered at other Innovative Medicine Supply Chain hubs such as Horsham, Pennsylvania (USA); Zug, Switzerland; Cork, Ireland; or Beerse, Belgium. The Director, PIM owns the transformation of how product information and execution workflows operate across VCM by establishing and evolving a product-centric digital backbone. This backbone connects strategy, planning, execution, resiliency, reliability, and investment across the product lifecycle. This leader advances PIM from system ownership to an enterprise capability that improves how work flows across functions. By embedding structure, governance, and trusted product data into digitized workflows, PIM enables teams across VCM and cross-functional partners to operate as one connected system. The role serves as a change agent within Innovative Medicine and J&J, aligning execution around shared product context, clear workflows, and trusted data.
