## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience overseeing VTC systems and endpoints
 * 3+ years of experience installing and configuring VTC applications and system sof tware
 * Experience troubleshooting and repairing hardware and network connectivity issues
 * Ability to work independently
 * Top Secret clearance
 * HS diploma or GED
 * DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification such as CompTIA Security+ Certification

 * Experience working in a DoD environment
 * Experience with general network administration
 * Experience with general systems administration
 * Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

## Description

As a VTC Techni cia n on our team, you'll be responsible for scheduling VTC sessions, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing excellent customer service to end-users. You'll help clients overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management. Your knowledge will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network. Your communication skills will come in handy as you help users ensure their connection needs are met .
