* Strong knowledge of Change Management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR Model, Kotter s 8-Step Change Model)
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
 * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
 * Experience in organizational transformation / digital transformation projects
 * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
 * Strong analytical and reporting skills, * Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
 * MBA preferred
 * Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci Change Management Certification) is a plus

## Description

* Strong experience in Project Manager Change Management
 * Experience working on Oracle ERP implementations
 * Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion
 * Lead end-to-end change management initiatives across projects and programs
 * Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps
 * Perform impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
 * Drive communication plans to ensure awareness and alignment across all levels
 * Manage resistance to change and ensure stakeholder buy-in
 * Collaborate with business, IT, HR, and leadership teams
 * Define and track change success metrics (adoption, usage, satisfaction)
 * Conduct training needs analysis and ensure effective training delivery
 * Integrate change management activities into overall project lifecycle
 * Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
 * Ensure compliance with organizational change frameworks and governance
