 * Durchführung von Onboardings inklusive Geräteeinweisung
 * Installation und Deinstallation von Software, z. B. über MS Intune
 * Verwaltung von Hardwarebestellungen und Nachverfolgung im Helpdesksystem
 * Verantwortung für Bestandsmanagement und Garantieabwicklung defekter Geräte
