## About the Role

Do you have experience in Unit testing?, * A passion for delivering high quality work

 * A strong understanding of Automated Unit Testing, modern secured systems development and deployment architecture, REST APT Design & Development, and Relational databases
 * At least 8 years of overall IT experience
 * At least 6 years of experience in product architecture, object oriented, functional and reactive design or development.
 * Ability to conduct proof of concepts and provide thought leadership for new technology adoption.
 * Experience with Microsoft AI ecosystem including Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Foundry preferred
 * Experience with Kong API Gateway, Developer Portal and Insomnia for API design preferred
 * Experience with modern IAM solutions like Okta and Entra preferred

This role is responsible for defining the principles that guide technical architecture for OPERS IT systems and overseeing programs to ensure the proper architecture is implemented. The Technical Architect 3 position is responsible for translating complex products and project requirements into innovative technical solutions that can be implemented by the organization.
