Do you have experience in Product development?, * An engineering background with solid experience as a technical lead, system architect, or technical project/program manager.

 * Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation and resourcefulness.
 * Solid strategic thinking AND deep-dive capabilities.
 * Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
 * Excellent communications skills, be it at executive level or discussing technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.
 * Ability to coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations.
 * Demonstrated ability in managing complex product development programs throughout their complete lifecycle is highly desirable.
 * Proficiency in German is a plus.

## Description

We are currently looking for a (Senior) Technical Program Manager / Project Director in Rosenheim, Germany (hybrid working model) to lead the development of a portfolio of programs/platforms and be an integral contributor to our organizational transformation.

What you will do:

 * Your main responsibility is to manage an antenna development program/portfolio of programs/projects starting with a business opportunity through mass production.
 * Drive systematic improvement in processes, infrastructure/tooling, and workflows along with the wider adoption across EAS.
 * Actively develop a program management talent pipeline.
 * Be an integral part of building a high performing PMO organization.
