* IT Support für die gesamte Gruppe
 * Betreuung unserer gruppenweiten Telekommunikationsanlage (OpenScape / HiPath4000) inkl. 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Fehleranalyse im gesamten IT Umfeld
 * Mitarbeit an IT Projekten und deren Umsetzung
 * Einrichtung und Betreuung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Kenntnisse in der Netzwerktechnik / Routing, Firewall, VLAN, VPN)
 * Administration der Serversysteme, Workstations und Peripheriegeräte, Monitoring, Reporting, 1st und 2nd Level Support
 * Analyse und Beseitigung von Störungen
