## About the Role

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-nahe Ausbildung wie z. B. zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (w/m/d), ein Studium in Informatik / IT-Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Wichtig ist Erfahrung als Systembetreuer, Netzwerkadministrator (w/m/d) oder im weiteren Umfeld von IT-Support, IT-Architektur bzw. Infrastrukturmanagement.
 * Absolut erfahren bist du in der Steuerung, Verwaltung und Überwachung von Serverinfrastrukturen, gern mit tiefergreifendem Know-how in den Bereichen Netzwerke, Firewalls, Routing und Switching.
 * Du kennst dich bestens mit Backup- / Recovery-Software und Sicherungsmethoden sowie in der Softwareverteilung und Paketierung (z. B. mit SCCM) aus.
 * Mit diesen Tools arbeitest du routiniert: Office 365, MS Teams, Skype for Business, SharePoint usw.
 * Du denkst serviceorientiert und in Lösungen - für eine optimale Kommunikation zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten bringst du gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit.

## Description

Du unterstützt dein Team rund um Support und Systemlandschaft. Ein Fokus liegt darauf, SIKORA-Systeme tiefer in die gruppenweite Infrastruktur einzubinden - hier arbeitest du Seite an Seite mit der zentralen IT-Abteilung.

 * 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support: Als erste Anlaufstelle hilfst du Mitarbeitenden bei Anwendungsproblemen.
 * Incident-, Request- und Eskalationsmanagement: Du bearbeitest Anfragen, findest schnell Lösungen und sorgst für eine lückenlose Dokumentation.
 * Integration & Pflege: Du unterstützt bei der Installation von Serverhardware, Applikationen und notwendigen Updates sowie bei der Wartung von Netzwerklösungen.
 * IT-Sicherheit & -Resilienz: Du überwachst die Netzwerkleistung hinsichtlich Verfügbarkeit, Nutzung, Datendurchsatz, Latenz etc., identifizierst Schwachstellen und leitest Maßnahmen ein.
 * Vertragsmanagement: Du stellst sicher, dass Verträge mit IT-Dienstleistern gemäß Service Level Agreement erfüllt werden.
 * Agiles Projektmanagement: Neben IT-Projekten mit regionalem Fokus begleitest du auch solche der Unternehmensgruppe mit globaler Reichweite.
