instilling a Builder-Strategist mindset that prioritizes velocity, ownership, and commercial outcomes * Manage a dynamic portfolio of high-impact initiatives, ruthlessly prioritizing based on revenue potential and strategic urgency * Implement a fast-track development lifecycle distinct from core R&D cadence, focused on MVP delivery, rapid iteration, and measurable business results Drive Strategic Partner Integrations & Solution Engineering * Serve as the senior technical authority in high-stakes partner engagements across Commerce, AdTech, and Agency ecosystems - That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection. * This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration at least 1-2 times per month and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Pinterest Palo Alto, San Francisco, Seattle, or New York office.
