* Hintergrund: Studium der Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Du wirst Teil unseres AI-Teams in unserer IT Tansaction & Transformation Einheit. Hier arbeitest Du gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kolleg:innen an modernen Plattform-, Infrastruktur- und AI-Lösungen für unsere Kunden und unterstützt ebenfalls unsere internen Projekte.

Das ist Dein Beitrag:

 * AI Platform Operations: Betrieb, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung moderner KI-Plattform-Komponenten für Chat, Assistenzsysteme, Agenten, Workspaces und Tool-Integrationen
 * Container & Infrastruktur: Betrieb containerisierter Services auf Linux-Systemen, inklusive Docker, Docker Compose, Netzwerk, Storage, Healthchecks und Service-Isolation
 * GitOps & Deployment: Versionierte Pflege von Konfigurationen, Compose-Dateien und Betriebsdokumentation über Git-basierte Workflows sowie kontrollierte Deployments und Rollbacks
 * Identity & Security: Integration von SSO, Rollen, Gruppen, Reverse Proxy, TLS und Zugriffsschutz für interne und externe Plattformzugriffe
 * Model Routing & APIs: Anbindung und Verwaltung von lokalen und externen KI-Modellen über API-Gateways, OpenAI-kompatible Schnittstellen oder vergleichbare Routing- und Abstraktionsschichten
 * Observability & Governance: Aufbau und Pflege von Logs, Metriken, Nutzungsauswertungen, Kostenübersichten und technischen Leitplanken für einen sicheren und transparenten KI-Betrieb
 * Knowledge & Workspaces: Unterstützung beim Aufbau gemeinsamer Projekt-Workspaces, Wissensbasen, Dokumenten-Integrationen und wiederverwendbarer Workflows
 * Support & Enablement: Technische Beratung von Kolleg:innen und Projektteams beim produktiven Einsatz von KI-Werkzeugen, Agenten und Automatisierungen
 * Dokumentation & Prozesse: Erstellung und Pflege von Runbooks, Betriebsdokumentationen, Architekturübersichten und Standards für den nachhaltigen Plattformbetrieb
