Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers through coaching, performance management, and career development initiatives. * Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts to build a strong engineering organization. * Establish clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations for team members. * Encourage ongoing learning and adoption of modern software development practices and technologies. Software Development & Delivery * Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications and services. * Guide development of backend microservices using C# and .NET technologies. * Ensure adherence to best practices related to coding standards, architecture, security, testing, and documentation. * Manage project priorities, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery. * Collaborate with technical leads and architects to create scalable and maintainable solutions.
