Preferred Qualifications: * A master's degree from a regionally accredited institution in the subject area, a related field, or a master's degree in education. * Previous teaching experience and experience with curriculum development and assessment. ## Description * Deliver high-quality instruction that aligns with course objectives and institutional standards. * Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to support student learning. * Utilize diverse instructional strategies, including technology-enhanced learning, to accommodate various learning styles. * Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to promote academic growth. * Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and assessments in accordance with college policies. Student Engagement & Advisement * Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation. * Serve as an academic resource for students, offering guidance on coursework, study strategies, and academic progress. * Encourage student engagement through active discussions, collaborative projects, and real-world applications of course material. * Be available for student inquiries and provide office hours or virtual support as needed.
