Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und intelligente Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsprozessen unter Einsatz von Technologien aus den Bereichen Robotic Process Automation, Agentic AI, KI-gestützte Prozessautomatisierung sowie Low-Code-/No-Code-Plattformen
Entwicklung, Implementierung und Betrieb von Automatisierungslösungen - von klassischen RPA-Bots bis hin zu agentenbasierten KI-Lösungen zur eigenständigen Unterstützung, Analyse und Ausführung von Geschäftsprozessen
Konzeption und Umsetzung von Agentic-AI-Anwendungen, einschließlich der Entwicklung von KI-Agenten, Workflows und Integrationen zur Interaktion mit bestehenden Systemen, Datenquellen und Anwendungen
