Kenntnisse:

 * Gute Kenntnisse der aktuellen Windows Clientbetriebssysteme und Standardapplikationen (MS Office, Adobe)
 * Gute Kennnisse aktueller Server- und Speichertechnologien und Microsoft Betriebssysteme (Windows Server 2016/2019/2022)
 * Erfahrungen in der Administration von Windows Servern, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS 365
 * Gute Kenntnisse der Netzwerktechnologien (TCP/IP, Firewalls, VPN, WAN und LAN)
 * Erfahrungen in heterogenen IT-Umgebungen
 * Erfahrungen mit Virtualisierungsplattformen (VMWare, Hyper-V)
 * Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in den Programmiersprachen Visual Basic, C#, Skriptierung, HTML-Programmierung, Repaketierung von Software und Datenbankkenntnisse MS SQL-Server sowie MS Sharepoint
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Tätigkeiten im 1st und 2nd Level Help Desk und User Support für unsere Kunden
 * Installation und Wartung der Hardware, Betriebssysteme und Anwenderprogramme
 * Administration von Betriebssystemen (Windows Server 2016 bis 2022, Windows 10/11)
 * Betreuung und Wartung der Windows-, Exchange- und MS SQL-Server
 * Systemverwaltung und Betrieb zentraler Serverinfrastrukturen (virtuell und physisch)
 * Planung und Einführung neuer Systeme und Applikationen
 * Erstellen von Dokumentationen
 * Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Realisierung anspruchsvoller Lösungen
