## Description

Engineers will regularly engage with customer stakeholders, including senior leadership and executive teams, to understand workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and design innovative AI-powered solutions., * Meet directly with enterprise customers to understand business challenges, product feedback, and enhancement requests

 * Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
 * Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, prototypes, and product enhancements
 * Build and support modern Full Stack applications and microservices
 * Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive innovation
 * Present technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders
 * Participate in rapid development and solutioning sessions with customers
 * Help define best practices for AI-enabled software development
 * Support implementation of Agentic AI and LLM-based solutions
 * Contribute to architecture, design reviews, and technical strategy, * Join a brand-new, highly visible engineering organization being built from the ground up
 * Work directly with customers rather than solely internal product teams
 * Build next-generation AI-powered solutions and Agentic AI applications
 * Influence product direction and customer experience
 * Gain significant exposure to executive stakeholders and strategic initiatives
