Leadership Skills * Ability to lead a development team. * Conduct design reviews and code reviews. * Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams. * Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications * Guidewire PolicyCenter Certified Professional/Developer. * Experience with InsuranceSuite upgrades and cloud implementations. * Experience in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines Insurance. * Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Lead Developer with 8+ years of experience in Guidewire implementation, configuration, integration, and support.
