Demonstrated ability to understand data findings, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations. * Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail. * Ability to compute, analyze and interpret complex statistical data and/or to develop forecasts and other statistical reports as needed. * Proven ability to shift priorities quickly. * Preferred qualifications, all a plus: * SAS, Crystal Reports, IBMi experience, Mainframe. * Experience with SQL, views, functions, indexes, and query tuning. * Working knowledge of ITS business data and processes. * 2 years of SQL experience to include: query writing, data extraction and manipulation. * Understanding a relational database. ## Description The Reporting & Data Analyst designs and develops reporting & analyses to support Managed Services customers and coworkers. This role focuses on providing the best solutions through useful and accurate reporting and dashboards based on a thorough understanding of data, systems, and reporting tools.
