It also requires the occasional use of the office machinery in accordance with safety and security protocols., * Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor's degree and five years of professional experience substituting one year of professional experience for each year of the required education., * Computer Skills - Employee must be capable of proficiently using the OESC's standard software (Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and Teams), and the Internet, as well as proficiency to learn other software as needed. * Employee must be capable of lifting, carrying, and moving objects of up to 25 pounds. ## Description * Project management for various data analysis projects. * Present complex findings via reports, graphs, and interactive dashboards to stakeholders. * Proficient with business intelligence tools like Tableau and Power BI. * Communicate and partner with stakeholders to define business problems and translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations. * Data management using consent, clarity, consistency, control & transparency, and consequences in decision making. * Building and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure. * Plan and organize a component of an agency or institutional program or a major division, program, or function established to accomplish a basic goal or mission of the agency. * On-site attendance is an essential function of the position, as the role requires direct interaction with staff, clients, and on-site office resources.
