This role will be responsible for working with engineering and operations to drive new product and process implementation initiatives across complex technical programs. You will be responsible for facilitating cross-functional meetings, documenting solutions and critical decisions, managing risks, and providing program status updates to executives. This position is a long-term remote role. All qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or visa transfers. Please note that we do not work C2C., * Minimum 7 years of progressive program or project management experience, including large-scale system implementations and data migrations. * Must have experience in the telecom, cable, or broadband enterprise industry. * Proven success managing data migration efforts from legacy to modern platforms. * Demonstrated ability to translate technical complexity into actionable strategy for diverse audiences. * Highly analytical thinker with the ability to rapidly synthesize complex information and present it in a succinct, insightful format for decision-making. * Resourceful with a strong desire to continuously learn, explore, and dig deeper into challenges and solutions. * Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills across technical and business domains. * High emotional intelligence (EQ) and executive presence, with the ability to influence outcomes, "right the ship," and deliver clear, executive-ready status updates (including RAG health indicators and visual dashboards). * Strong leadership and ownership mindset with a proven track record of driving accountability, alignment, and delivery across diverse teams. * Expertise in developing executive presentations and stakeholder materials, delivering concise, meaningful insights and program updates. * Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet., * PMP or similar certification preferred * Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field * MBA preferred ## Description * Program Leadership: Drive end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality targets are met. * Project Management: Facilitate cross-functional meetings, document solutions and critical decisions, create action plans and project plans that are driven to completion.
