## Description

Kaimetrix is seeking a Video Telecommunications Specialist - Level III to support the management and operation of video teleconferencing (VTC) and conference room systems in a secure, mission-critical environment. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable operation, scheduling, troubleshooting, and optimization of VTC services to meet mission and customer requirements.

What you'll do

 * Manage daily operations of VTC and conference room systems, including scheduling and system configuration
 * Perform video capturing and transfer video content to media streaming platforms
 * Conduct operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of VTC and conference room equipment
 * Execute repairs or initiate and track trouble tickets for equipment and system issues
 * Perform routine performance testing to ensure VTC and conference systems operate at optimal performance and capacity
 * Resolve technical issues impacting VTC sessions and ensure timely restoration of services
 * Ensure systems are configured to meet requirements for scheduled conferences and mission needs
