At Michael Negrete Photography, we capture life's most meaningful moments - and we need someone who can help us do it better, faster, and smarter. We're looking for a creative problem-solver who brings technical expertise and a genuine passion for the world of photography. This isn't your average IT role. You'll work alongside our team in a dynamic, creative environment - keeping our systems running seamlessly, optimizing our photo workflows, and helping us build the infrastructure that supports every shoot. If you're the kind of person who can troubleshoot a network issue and then help cull a gallery of portraits in the same afternoon, you might be exactly who we're looking for. This is a part-time position starting at 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow to 30+ hours based on performance, progression and business needs. IT Responsibilities: * Maintain, monitor, and support existing business systems and network infrastructure * Identify and troubleshoot technical issues promptly, keeping the team informed throughout the resolution process * Build and implement new systems to support future business projects and growth * Perform routine network monitoring, security checks, and system updates * Manage and maintain NAS systems or similar storage solutions, ensuring data integrity and accessibility * Document processes and provide clear communication on system status and improvements Photography & Workflow Responsibilities: * Assist with culling, editing, and organizing photography sessions * Build, manage, import, and export photo catalogs * Work within Adobe Lightroom and similar professional editing platforms * Support the team in maintaining efficient photo delivery workflows ## Related Videos - [Hate organising your photos?
