## About the Role

Capital One is looking for a Senior IAM Operations Engineer with strong expertise in SRE, Cloud Security, and Active Directory. This is a hands-on operations role focused on executing hydration security tasks, infrastructure support, and reliability engineering activities., IAM operations with a strong focus on Active Directory (AD) environments.
Work on cloud infrastructure tasks in AWS, ensuring security and operational stability. AWS experience is very much important.
CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for deployment and automation activities, like Splunk and New Relic experience is required. Other monitoring tools are also accepted.
Execute hydration and security-related infrastructure tasks as part of IAM operations.
Ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring and operational improvements.

Soft Skills are the key to be successful

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong execution mindset with ability to drive tasks independently
Proactive approach to identifying and filling operational gaps
Strong interpersonal skills (critical for stakeholder coordination)
Ability to work in a fast-paced production support/SRE environment
Proven reliability in handling contractor-based operational responsibilities
