## About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 4+ years of full stack development experience who has built products end-to-end (0 to 1) at a startup or high-growth company. You should be comfortable working in ambiguity, talking directly to customers and clinical teams, and using AI tools natively in your daily workflow. You'll need strong systems thinking and the ability to architect solutions for complex healthcare edge cases. Bonus points if you've led or mentored other engineers.

## Description

* Design and build backend infrastructure and front-end systems that power our AI-augmented Care Navigation platform
 * Take ownership of system design decisions architecting scalable solutions for real-time patient interactions, data pipelines, and EHR integrations
 * Work closely with our CTO, forward-deployed engineers, care navigators, and enterprise health system customers (from C-suite to frontline staff) to scope and ship product
 * Use AI tools (Claude Code, Anthropic API, LLMs) daily to build intelligent clinical workflows, automate patient communication, and extend our no-code pathway builder
 * Mentor other engineers on systems design and help establish engineering best practices as the team scales
 * Encode tribal knowledge from navigators and customers into AI models and product features that improve patient outcomes like reducing ER visits and ensuring patients make critical appointments
