The IT - Engineering Support V role involves providing advanced technical support and engineering expertise to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure. The position requires a highly skilled professional capable of troubleshooting complex issues, implementing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals., * Provide advanced technical support for IT systems and infrastructure.

 * Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
 * Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement IT solutions.
 * Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization.
 * Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
 * Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices., * Purchase any product, service, or gift cards from us or for us as part of an application, interview, or selection process.
 * Provide sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers or banking information. Successfully placed or hired candidates would only be asked for banking details after accepting an offer from us during our official onboarding processes as part of payroll setup.
