Wir sind Experten für Kosten, Risikomanagement und Partnerschaftsmodelle (IPA/Allianz) mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der Betreuung von großen Infrastrukturprojekten und deren Organisationen., * Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung sowie eigenverantwortliches Office Management

 * Zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Tochtergesellschaft und Schnittstelle für
 * administrative Aufgaben zwischen Österreich (HQ) und Deutschland (NL)
 * Führung eines Teams mit 2-3 Mitarbeiter/innen
 * Strukturierte Verwaltung und Pflege von Dokumenten, Verträgen und Unterlagen
 * Vorbereitung der Buchhaltungsunterlagen für den Steuerberater sowie Unterstützung
 * bei der Lohnverrechnung
 * Projektabrechnung inklusive Rechnungsstellung und Bankwesen
 * Organisation und Koordination von Terminen, Meetings und Geschäftsreisen
 * Sicherstellung effizienter administrativer Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft
