## Description

* Backup-Management sowie Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden IT-Systeme
 * Inbetriebnahme und Konfiguration von Hardware wie PCs, Notebooks und Servern
 * Anwender-Support bei Fragen zu Windows, RDP, Microsoft Office und Android
 * Mitarbeit bei Software- und Infrastrukturprojekten
 * Dienstleister- und Beschaffungsmanagement für IT-Themen
 * Technische Dokumentation sowie Unterstützung bei der Standardisierung von IT-Prozessen
 * Enge Abstimmung mit dem IT-Team der pro mente OÖ
 * Mitarbeit im operativen IT-Betrieb und im laufenden Support
 * Unterstützung der Teamleitung und Abteilungsleitung bei konzeptionellen Themen
