 * Know-how in den Bereichen Observability, Monitoring und Resilience4J
 * Grundverständnis von Container-Technologien wie Docker oder Kubernetes

* Konzeption, Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Anwendungen und Web-Services auf Basis von Java
 * Umsetzung fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen in nachhaltige Softwarelösungen
 * Entwicklung und Optimierung von Datenbankanbindungen und Persistenzkonzepten
 * Sicherstellung der Softwarequalität durch Reviews, Tests und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen
 * Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systemlandschaften und Schnittstellen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Fachbereichen und Entwickler:innen in einem agilen Umfeld (Scrum/Kanban)
