## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder Desktopmanagement sowie Expertise im Troubleshooting von Windows-Clients
 * Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Netzwerkdruckern und externer Hardware, nachgewiesen durch eine Teilnahmebescheinigung und/oder Zertifizierung
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung in der technischen Betreuung von Veranstaltungs- oder Präsentationstechnik
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) in Wort und Schrift sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch

## Description

* Unterstützung im User Help Desk sowie Onsite-Support
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Windows-Umfeld (Windows 10/11)
 * Einrichtung, Wartung und Troubleshooting von Netzwerkdruckern inkl. Herstellertools
 * Betreuung und Fehleranalyse von externer Hardware wie Beamer, Kopierer, Multifunktionsgeräten und Videokonferenzsystemen
 * Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten z.B. Rollouts, Hardwareerneuerungen
